This TOS uses YOU as the client and ME as the artist.Ordering and age
I do not work with people below the age of 18, regardless of a parent or legal guardian's concent. I also do not accept payments outside of paypal and pix(BR).Process recording and posting
When commissioning me, you agree to have our commission recorded, posted and used for my portfolio. If you require secrecy or your piece to not be public, you must communicate that at the start of the request.Alterations
Anything about the artwork can be altered at the sketch phase, after that, significant changes cannot be done. If I got a detail wrong, please inform me as soon as possible. I will not do alterations when lineart and/or solid colors are done.If a change in orders is requested, being a complete change of tiers or addition or something not initially in that tier (Like an alternative version of the art), you will be charged an extra fee that can be up to 50% of the original commission.Payment and refunds
I take commissions exclusively through Paypal. Payment can be made in full after the sketch is done, or 50%, with the final piece only being delivered when the rest is payed off. I will only proceed with your order after payment, regardless of how long it takes.I can do full refunds after the sketch is done if no further work has been done, you are always informed when I progress past the sketch and asked to confirm you still want your order.
If I can't complete the commission for whatever reasons, or simply can't make the piece up to my standards, I will inform you and give you a full refund if payment has alwady been made.If a piece takes longer than I am comfortable with, and after being notified, the customer chooses to wait, a discount or refund (if payment was already done) of 10-15% will be applied as an apology for the inconvenience.Estimated time and deadlines
The time I take to finish the work will be around two weeks to two months after starting, depending on queue size, you will be informed of estimated starting times when you enter the waiting list. My queue is public and done through Trello, the link is at the bottom of every page.I do not work with deadlines if they are not informed beforehand.Your placement in the queue is dependent on the size of your commission, and I ask that you are certain of your subject and category fo work before commissioning me, as those changes may affect the queue and estimated time of other pieces.Work in progressWork in progress images are sent as I progress with your commission, feel free to ask for updates anytime.I do not progress with your commission without direct aprooval in certain stages, as to make sure the customer is aware of what is happening to their piece and its progress stage. PLEASE take your time checking for mistakes and changes before we proceed. When a change is approved, I cannot go back on it, unless its on the sketch phase.Please check the description of the category you are buying to see the alteration request policy.Policy on referencesI do not work on characters actively going through changes, your request must be of a design that will not change in the middle of me creating your piece.I refuse to work with rendered references if those are your only images, I also will not work with AI generated images or character descriptions.Uses of my work
You are free to repost my work with proper credit, that being tagging on the post or mentioning my name (Morbid_C0rvid) if I am not on that platform. Reposts without credit break my terms of service and will notified, then made public if the user doesn't give proper credit.Do NOT modify the work in any way without permission.
Do NOT remove watermarks and DONT feed my work into AI models or use it for AI chatbot websites.I do NOT allow reposts of my work on Twitter without prior warning as of January 10, 2026. If you wish to share my work on that platform, I will provide you a heavily watermarked version of the piece.Stream assets must credit me on the channel or specific stream description.
